1Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility & Registration

• The Player must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including their full legal name, date of birth, and current residential address.

xx999b reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Account Management

Each Player may hold only one active account with xx999b. Opening additional accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or exploit promotional offers constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, xx999b reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and permanently close all linked accounts without prior notice.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including username and password. xx999b strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused on other platforms. The Platform will never contact a Player to request their password through any communication channel.

Players must notify xx999b immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. xx999b will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account; however, the Platform accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification being received and acted upon.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

xx999b accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks under our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the Player's verified identity may be returned in full and the relevant transaction reversed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xx999b applies no platform-side transaction fees to standard withdrawals; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own charges, for which xx999b accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, provided that the Player's account has passed full KYC verification, the withdrawal does not exceed active bonus wagering restrictions, and no suspicious activity flag is attached to the account. In certain circumstances, xx999b may require up to 5 business days to process a withdrawal request.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following general bonus conditions apply across all xx999b promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

6Game Rules & Sports Betting

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xx999b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculations in odds or game payouts — commonly referred to as "palpable errors" — with the intent to generate profit.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports betting market.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in connection with sports events available on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of crime through deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• Registering using false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating accounts on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xx999b makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any content or service delivered through the Platform.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Account Closure & Termination

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any amounts subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's most recently verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC verification.

• Players who self-exclude for a specified period may not request early reinstatement of their account before the exclusion period expires.
• Permanently self-excluded accounts will not be reopened under any circumstances.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which xx999b is registered and operated. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to the xx999b support team at [email protected]. The Platform undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. xx999b aims to resolve all disputes fairly, efficiently, and without recourse to formal legal proceedings wherever possible.
